4. Independent Brokerage and Third-Party Dependencies
Meridian Vestik connects with independent third-party liquidity providers, cryptocurrency exchanges, and regulated brokerage platforms via application programming interfaces (APIs). Meridian Vestik does not hold custody of user funds, fiat deposits, or digital tokens. Your relationship with third-party exchanges is governed exclusively by their separate client agreements. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
